A group interview / assessment centre that lasted around two hours. This process involved submitting a presentation to a potential client and submitting questions that were applicable to the client.

Submitted CV, completed 2 online tests, recorded video interview and attended assessment centre which was a group exercise. Made a big deal about how they always provide feedback no matter the outcome, waited 3 weeks to hear back about assessment centre (was told 2 weeks max) to be told they were no longer even taking anyone on for this role due to "department changes". Then said they could transfer application, but only a couple of roles left I was eligible for as a grad and were in the middle of nowhere (not ideal for a grad!). I declined and asked to receive feedback and if I would have passed assessment centre, but have had no response. Completely rude and unprofessional after having spent HOURS preparing things for this role and being promised amazing things.
