This is for Chennai location. After asking the basic details from me, the first round of discussion is scheduled after a week from HR side. 1. After completion of first round, got a call from HR on the same evening asking for time slots for next round of technical discussion. 2. After a day, second round of discussion happened and while asking for the result next day, I was said it's positive and there is no need for third round we can process the offer letter during which we had a long convo about the organisation lay off np details etc. which strong made my mind to fix this company due to words conveyed from HR side about thr company trainings assurance bla bla. 3. We got closer from there and I have been asked to refer frends since there are lots of opportunities vacancies in the organisation. After two - three days got a mail from HR side asking for the required documents so that they would be releasing the offer on same day. 4. After document submission I have waited for more than 3-4 days, while reaching out to the HR side I was said that the round 2 feedback was moderate so I should be going through one more tech round. 5. I said ok for that as well and after the discussion came to know that the feedback is positive and they'll be releasing the letter in a couple of days. 6. Then I waited waited and waited for more than 10 days the HR never picked my calls and later once he picked during which I was said that my profile is in hold due to the moderate feedback got in round 2 and asked to wait for few more days. 7. After 2-3 weeks called again and this time he said that the possibilities are very very less and asked to look for other opportunities. I said that upon ur words I have declined the offer which I had in hand and was attending any of the interviews as well. 8. Dead silence and he said will try and asked to call after two days during which I was said Am sorry and that's it. I dont understand here that how can I be sent a confirmation mail asking for my documents for releasing offer without knowing that the feedback is moderate in round 2 itself. I dont want to mention the name of HR person but please don't do this to anyone. I have declined the other offer and upcoming interviews with other companies upon ur words and promise.

Interview process went to 4 rounds of technical which took more than a month. However, even taking 4 rounds at last company rejected. The process was not difficult, however, their expectation was to get a scientist who must know everything and should have it on his tips.
