I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at B. Braun (Irvine, CA) in Dec 2023
Interview
It was simple and easy. Got a phone call to proceed to the interview. Asked questions about my resume and about what I want to do . Didn't get any behavioral questions.
The interviewer forgot about our interview, and I had to email her to remind her of it and then she joined. She didn't give a reason for this. During the interview, she was abrasive. After, she said she would send my information to the hiring manager, but I ended up getting ghosted and never heard back.
good interviewer. i love how they asking me what my skills because i have a lot of skills. also this company have a good environment and culture. the building were aircond. so you dont get hot.
Structured and professional. Included a first-stage video interview, followed by a second-round task and panel presentation. Feedback was prompt. The team was friendly and asked role-specific and behavioural questions. A good experience overall, even though I wasn’t selected
