I applied through college or university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at B2Q Associates (Andover, MA) in Dec 2015
Interview
I received an in-person interview with B2Q after talking with one of their engineers at a university information session. After the first interview, they took approximately a month to contact me again that they would like me to come to their office again for a second interview. They scheduled the second interview weeks in advance causing the whole process to take close to 2 months. After the 2nd interview, they told me again that it would be about 2 weeks before they made a decision. After not hearing back I emailed them on two different occasions, but they still never got back to me. In short, I went to their office twice and never received an offer or rejection.

I applied online. I interviewed at B2Q Associates (Andover, MA) in Feb 2026
Interview
I had 3 rounds of interviews total: the first two rounds were virtual with 3 senior level engineers and different team members, and the last round was on-site in their Andover office. The questions weren't too difficult to answer, they were mostly based on my background and experiences. I also had plenty of opportunities to ask questions about their projects and the company. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming when I visited in person, and travel was also covered as I was coming from out of state. Although I decided to take another offer, it was overall a positive interview experience.
