I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at BAE Systems (Filton, England) in Jul 2024
Interview
They initially use an application process followed by a AI style virtual interview with a platform called Hirevue. The interview I did consisted of 4 questions followed by some short games. The interview questions had to be answered in a recording of a couple of minutes and I was given 2 repeats to record on each question.
