15 minute phone screening call. Was not given a specific time, the call came out of the blue so I was not adequately prepared. Asked typical questions like soft skills, what I've done at uni, why I think I would fit the role
Online interview, asked insightful questions such as 'describe a time that you did what was right, even though there was an easier option'. Other questions included, 'describe a time when you acted on something with limited information'.
