The first round was a screening call with a coordinator, with questions including career history and motivations coupled with salary expectations and working patterns, then second round competency based interview with hiring manager
I was invited for an interview for a job i hadn't applied for with no context - thought this had a detrimental effect on the interview.
HR had contacted an agency to invite me - this minimum detail contributed to difficulty of interview
I pulled out of the process after the interview without waiting for a result
