Interview
It was a series of about 3-4 calls, starting with an initial phone interview then into a longer in-person meeting there we talked about my interests in working for the agency and my "why".
One screening call with the company's recruiter and then one video call with a senior member of the agency. It was quick and relatively easy. No scenario-based questions or thought-provoking questions asked.
