BASE DESIGN interview questions

I applied through email and met the Design Director and Partner of the studio. Job posting did not specify preferred experience, turned out they were only interested in senior designers and partner grew impatient after learning I was only out of school for a few months. Did not feel like I was respected by partner throughout the interview and was quite disappointed in how I was treated.
