I had a positive overall interview experience with this team. The process moved quickly, communication was clear, and everyone I interacted with was responsive and professional. The HR conversation was organized and informative, and the discussion with the account team gave helpful insight into the day-to-day responsibilities and team dynamic. The team culture came across as collaborative and supportive, and it’s clear they care about doing strong work for their clients. From a process standpoint, this was one of the more efficient and respectful interview experiences I’ve had. Ultimately, I decided not to move forward due to compensation not being aligned with market expectations for the scope and level of the role. I share this as constructive feedback, as the team and process themselves were both strong.
