BC SPCA interview questions

A two interviews one more about personal interests and me the other more about my skills and interest in the company. The team was very personable and it was more about how I fit into the company and how I can help improve processes.

I went through three sets of interviews and scenario coursework. I passed the scenario case study before the final interview with an expanded panel representing every department in the organisation. I answered all the questions asked with clarity, but still got rejected on the grounds that the only other candidate had more non-profit experience than I did, because i am coming from the banking sector.
