I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at BCInsourcing
Interview
I had a phone interview with someone from recruiting, an assessment online and then an in-person interview with a manager. The phone interview was more of an overview of the job and it was very much with 'rose tinted glasses.' The overview made the job seem much more attractive than it actually turned out to be and that is because the recruiter does her job very well. The assessment was simple and the in-person interview was very easy as well.

Question 1
How would you describe your ability to handle stressful situations?
I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at BCInsourcing
Interview
20 minute phone interview using STAR with recruiter. I was then advised that a link would be sent to me to do a video interview. This was the most awkward interview I've ever done. You read a series of interview questions (star format) and have to videotape yourself answering them. Definately out of my comfort zone. I felt as though I didn't have the opportuity to let my experience or personality shine as I was overly concerned with what the video would look like. Once you answer the questions, you can not modify the responses.

Question 1
What Skills would you bring to the position? Tell me about a time when you had to meet specific metrics and goals.
I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at BCInsourcing (Overland Park, KS) in Oct 2014
Interview
I applied online and received a call within three days. I wanted to be sure this was not a sales position and the person who called said it was not. I informed them I was not interested in seasonal work only full time. I was brought in for a full time position interview and that is the only thing that was discussed. The phone interview lasted about a hour and a half. The person then scheduled me to come in for a panel interview the following week. I was asked to give a 5-7 minute presentation listen to some phone calls and finally have the interview. The process there last approximately 2 hours. After the interview (which went great) I was asked exit interview questions.. followed by asking if I was interested in season work. I politely said I still was not interested in seasonal work only full time because I want a position with benefits. The person was not happy with that answer. I sent a thank you email 36 hours later and received a very rude response email. I never replied and feel like I was misled through the process. I would not want to work for a company that would not be honest with me in the onset.
