Laid back and genuine. I was highly impressed and the growth and excitement was evident. The recruiter was exceptional and seemed actually interested in me, not just trying to fill a position. I also enjoyed the listening to the training calls. I didn't feel any tension in the air, and the employees seemed to be genuinely relaxed. I can see myself fitting in and excelling there.
