Only review the CV and Portfolio, no in person chat in the office, but people is nice and supportive. Process is fast and clear (1 week), directily speak to the HR.

Very relaxed and chilled, it was only an informal chat and in the end I showed my portfolio. I feel that I didn't get the chance to show my skills because the interviewer was keeping the conversation very generalised, as if we are old friends chatting about the weather over coffee. He almost didn't show any interest to find out about my skills

45 Minute interview with a Director and an Assistant, talked through portfolio, asked a few questions about the content of the portfolio and your experience. An opportunity to ask questions at the end with a tour of the office. - Negative experience where the Director tried to make conversation by mocking a project in my portfolio which was unprofessional and unappreciated.
