Easy and quick, after a quick (5 minutes) computer typing online test, general director, sales manager asked me a couple interview questions as seem bellow, total interview time 30 minutes.

Interview
The interview process was straightforward, easy, and the HR representatives were very nice and open. I had around 4 rounds of interviews, and the questions were centered around professional experience and personality traits.

The questions were both general and personal, like asking about what drew me to the Japanese culture, or questions about my own personality traits and professional experience, and how they match with the role I'm applying for.
