Telephone screening by HR followed by 2 hr face to face with area manager and a technical specialist. Decision that day. Professional and on topic. Offer then vetting and DBS before start.

Not as polite or as nice as other companies in the same industry. Asked questions which weren't very clear and expected answers which later found out to be incorrect. On two separate occasions they never got in contact despite saying that they definitely would.
