It was a phone interview and the hr asked some motivational questions and some recent deal that BGF did. And she asked about the differences of BGF and asked questions such as use 3 words to describe yourself and how you differentiate from other candidates
Upon receiving an email confirming that the next stage is a 15-minute phone call, you can choose the day and time that work best for you. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. I had to wait for 5 minutes because the previous candidate's call was delayed. The interviewer seemed rushed, quickly going through the questions. I understand that phone interviews can be less personable, but I have spoken with other recruiters who made an effort to help candidates feel relaxed and authentic. Additionally, there was loud background noise, making it difficult to hear the interviewer. Despite the interview process being squeezed and rushed on the company's side, the call ended abruptly with no extra time. Overall, it was an unprofessional interview process, especially for just an internship.

I applied online. I interviewed at BGF in Feb 2024
Interview
Was a positive experience, I was interviewed on the phone and then in subsequent rounds on zoom. After being rejected they also gave me feedback over the phone. Good experience.
