I applied online, the entire process took overall 2-3 weeks while figuring out a proper meeting time for me to go to the office. Britta (office director) was extremely sweet and welcoming and made me feel right at home. Although I did not receive the position, I definitely would love to intern/work for BLND in the future!

3 interviews over 2 weeks. Somewhat intimidating..They usually ask maybe 15 questions about social media experience, or experience and what I was studying in school. I was super nervous but they made me feel comfortable overall. At 2 of the interviews I saw the girl before and after me and both seemed like some big competition so I was happy that I was chosen for an interview.
