The first interview is a panel of 5 people - Hiring Manager, HR Manager, Senior Business Analyst and two project managers from different portfolios. then second interview is a psychometric test, the last interview is with the group executive

Had an online interview then a second with a technical employee. Recruiter was very knowledgeable about what the process would look like and full time employee had a good idea of the job I’d be expected to do.

One tech interview followed by HR interview on which they ask a lot about the previous work and certificate u have. The real work is on the certificates u have. So better prepare for certification also an employee referral is something would work a lot
