The job was posted on internal website. I applied and found it to be very disorganised. I applied for the internal role, sent in CV, filled out application on an online ATS, I was called for interview, got no feedback and was not even told I was unsuccessful until I chased them, several times.

Very general questions, they concentrated more on operation than training experience even though the role was a pure training role.
