After applying online, I spoke to a recruiter over the phone. She was very helpful and readily available during the entire process and became a trusted confidant during the trying time of my career change. We discussed in high-level non-specifics the job availabilities and what I was hoping to do. I then came in for an in-person interview. I spoke with one person to start and was then directed to two hiring managers that both had open positions. They interviewed me together, describing the differences between the two options. After, they had me interview with their team lead, as well. Once I received the offer, I was required to take a drug test within 48 hours and provide information for a comprehensive background check, including fingerprints.

Wasted 6 months waiting for offer letter as the HR informed that I was selected and then cancelled without informing. On checking they are always rude. I heard BNY was good few years back but now it has no value.
