Interview
I had a general interview on campus with a recruiter who then referred me to the Corporate Trust Department where I interviewed about 2 weeks later. I had 2:1 interview which lasted about 45 minutes and covered very general information. I was then contacted about 2 days later and offered a position which I accepted.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at BNY (Houston, TX)
Interview
It was a one round interview. The questions were mainly behavioral. Decent entry level position, but it takes a lot to move throughout the organization. The skills you will develop will need to be expanded glamourized a bit when applying for future roles. Most of the people there are happy with their current role and not looking for more responsibility.
