Interview
One 15-minute phone screen with a couple behavioral questions, and then 2 25-minute interviews. They didn't ask anything out of the ordinary, just lots of behavioral and situational questions. The interviewers were very personable, and it felt more like a conversation than a strict interview.

Very straightforward process, a screening call with HR, then 2 interviews with individuals in the division applied for. More focus was emphasised on your skills, past experiences and why BNY.
