First, usually the HR will do the interview. Then followed by the lowest rank in the department who has vacant position. Next will be maybe the assistant manager then last would be the manager or the head of the company.

Overall very simple process of interview,Their are two round.First one is Hr round and second one is Technical round.Hr round is very simple.Technical round have some difficult level question.Overall interview process is very simple .But salary negotiable is also included in this process.
