Interview
I had an on campus interview and then was selected with two others from my school for a super day at the company. We had 4 interviews one-on-one and then lunch with two junior associates. After we did a group case study and presentation for the junior associates.

How would you explain linear regression to a 5 year old?
Met with all team members, it was nice meeting the team in the interview and being able to see how I would fit in with the team. Very conversational, and low pressure.

Regarding a project I have have the greatest success in
Behaviorials and then an easy case. The interview process was super supportive, and they got back to me within a week, offering me another round. The second round was an in-person superday interview in Washington, D.C., three behavioral interviews, and one technical interview.

Primi colloquio consiste in un’ora in cui devi scrivere un report riguardo un case study. Poi c’è un colloquio tecnico in cui rivedi i concetti del case che hai consegnato. Infine hai altri 3/4 colloqui conoscitivi con director in cui possono fare anche delle domande di teoria
