Interview
I interviewed with 3 managers and then had a lunch interview with other associates. It was focused on understanding how diligent I was, they tried to assess how well I could work with large amounts of data and how well I could work independently. The group interview usually includes two or three associates and a senior associate and the candidate at a lunch. It's informal but seeks to assess how the candidate will fit into the work environment. It's relaxing but it is still an interview.
Met with all team members, it was nice meeting the team in the interview and being able to see how I would fit in with the team. Very conversational, and low pressure.

Regarding a project I have have the greatest success in
Behaviorials and then an easy case. The interview process was super supportive, and they got back to me within a week, offering me another round. The second round was an in-person superday interview in Washington, D.C., three behavioral interviews, and one technical interview.

Primi colloquio consiste in un’ora in cui devi scrivere un report riguardo un case study. Poi c’è un colloquio tecnico in cui rivedi i concetti del case che hai consegnato. Infine hai altri 3/4 colloqui conoscitivi con director in cui possono fare anche delle domande di teoria
