Interview
It was one onsite interview with 3 people. I talked to one associate, then a senior associate, and then a director. There was one case question and it was pretty straight forward if you are familiar with finance and accounting concepts. I think that all in all, it was a pretty average interview process. I also talked to a recruiter this process started.
Met with all team members, it was nice meeting the team in the interview and being able to see how I would fit in with the team. Very conversational, and low pressure.

Regarding a project I have have the greatest success in
Behaviorials and then an easy case. The interview process was super supportive, and they got back to me within a week, offering me another round. The second round was an in-person superday interview in Washington, D.C., three behavioral interviews, and one technical interview.

Primi colloquio consiste in un’ora in cui devi scrivere un report riguardo un case study. Poi c’è un colloquio tecnico in cui rivedi i concetti del case che hai consegnato. Infine hai altri 3/4 colloqui conoscitivi con director in cui possono fare anche delle domande di teoria
