Invited to a virtual interview which is basically a questionnaire with a few motivational questions. From there an interview was scheduled for 1 hour 25 minutes. This was a career fit or behavioural interview
After applying on the site, you get an online form to complete that further vets you. Then, an interview that is comprised mostly of competency based questions and scenarios. Afterwards, the selectorthon.
