Group exercise- Choose ideas to help improve BT and its services
Presentation- BT Send you an Email beforehand telling you you're topic. You then have 10 minutes to explain your idea
Next you have an interview and are asked more direct and closed questions that an aberahe interview

Interview
It was a virtual assessment centre. We all gathered with the other applicants and answered questions. It was quite straightforward. Then we individually had interviews where we were asked scenario based questions and skill competency questions.
Interview was well, Behavior of the panel was good. They asked me the following questions.
1. Describe yourself.
2.Project related questions.
3.Some questions from Network( like, OSI model, Router, Bridge etc.]
4. Asked some situation based question.
5. If rotational shift is ok or not.

Interview
First you have to apply when the positions open by entering personal details and any certificates or qualifications, then if you proceed, they will send you an invite to complete an online assessment, if you are successful in the online assessment you will be invited to an assessment centre and if accepted you will be offered a role.
