A recruitment agency called me up and scheduled a round with the hiring manager face to face at BT office in Bengaluru. The job description was an essay in itself. When I stepped into the room, the hiring manager wanted a print out of the JD, that gave me a signal that he doesn't know what role is he hiring for. It was more of an interrogation session than a discussion, and interviewer had 0 people skills. I shouldn't have wasted my valuable time in going to their offices in person.

3-4 rounds of interview, Technically interview round is the most important one for you to clear all the rest of the rounds, once the hiring manager is happy with you. You are almost through.
