Interview
It was a competency based Interview process asking multiple questions over an hour's period based on criteria given in the job description of the role being recruited for. There were 2 people in the panel doing the interviews.

very structured interview - was kept very personal and friendly, overall would rate these interviews as one of the more stress free. i would be more than happy to go through this process again
