I applied online and 2 weeks later I was contacted by a recruitment representative to discuss the role and a 'face to face' interview was scheduled for the same week with the potential line manager and team member. I didn't feel like I answered questions well during the interview or showcased my ability (I'm very rusty being an interviewee), so honestly was not expecting an offer. However I was disappointed to not be contacted following the interview, as was explained I would be. Only after I reached out did I receive a one line response. For the level of position being applied for and the role type, I do feel that it is poor for for a candidate to chase a response and need to request feedback.
