It is a very easy process, 2 Stage interview. The First stage was technical assessment with the Director and Team Lead, which had the topical Microsoft Windows AD questions and VMware stack questions. Fast turnaround within 3 working days for 2-stage interview.

Paper followed by formal interviews were you had an iq test followed by formal interviews and background checks as public interactions daily. Testing for engineering knowledge and colour blindness as cables are coloured that need conecting.
