I recorded myself answering a series of basic and behavioural questions. Once I passed that stage, I was invited to complete a technical test that involved the recruiter remotely connecting to your computer (to be honest, I wasn't entirely comfortable with this - but still went through with it). I wish I had known that would have happened ahead of time. This involved doing things like opening up a word document, sending an email, etc. If you have basic computer skills, you will be fine. After this stage, the recruiter ensured I had a solid internet connection. I passed that stage and was offering the position. I was told my paperwork would be sent "shortly". It has been about 3 months and I have followed up twice. I get the feeling this company is some sort of a scam. Either that or they have the worst recruitment process ever.
