If your application is progressed you will receive the interview video link.
Then you hhave to complete the video in 2 days and when your video is selected you will have an in person interview which mostly has the same questions and a little about you.

What excites you about working for a team?
Your fav drink. who do you drink it with.
What does amazing customer service look like to you. Do you have an example?
Have you ever encountered a stressful situation at workplace or anywhere else.how did you handle it.
This short video interview can be done on any device with an internet connection.
They will help make sure your camera and microphone are working as they should. All they ask is that you relax and be yourself.

Interview
Overall the interview and application process was pretty straight forwards and to the point. They asked about you and how you can provide to there team, as well as past experience related to customer service
