A series of light touch interviews which were pleasant and successful, moving onto discussing preferred working patterns with an informal job offer (formalised job offer to follow in the next 2 days). 10 days passed without contact so I called the recruiting manager for an update....two scheduled calls came and went without them turning up, and requests for updates/ feedback have gone unanswered. Sadly this resulted in a very demoralising process with no follow up/ feedback and a poor lasting view of the business.
