Interview
This is one of the worst interviewing experiences I have had at a company.
After 3 technical rounds, one of which was a 2 day assignment, the hiring representative told me that because I was leaving my current company too soon, they would NEED TO KNOW MY CURRENT CTC. Without knowing my current CTC, they COULD NOT PROCEED FURTHER. They knew my expectation, which was agreed as doable in the first round itself.
That is a complete no-go for me. It is one of the most toxic methods employed by the recruiters to low pay you. I decided to withdraw my application from Byjus.
PS. I was working at my job for 18 months. Which is not recent by any means.

Interview
They took the interview in 6 rounds, but they calculated only 4 rounds. The whole interview process took around one month. They don't give the update after each interview on time, you have to wait for a week also.
I request people giving interviews here to be prepared to get the rejection after the last round also. This was so pathetic actually.
