Three levels of interview process. A written one, one assignment and then finally an interview. After you clear the basic written one, a sales pitch is provided based on which the further levels of the interview occurs.

First they shorlisted through gd followed by a personal interview, it is all about management and do you have any idea about it? They tested the motivation of the student regarding joining in sales and management.
