Embarrassing, the Interviewer had no idea what to ask. Kept assuring me that their interviews are informal and I get the feeling that the person has never conducted an interview for a senior / mid level developer. The interviewer was throwing all the buzzwords had no idea what they meant.
Judging by how the interview went, I wouldn't be comfortable joining the circus.

Interview
There was an programming and assessment round which was followed by a technical round and an HR interview. The technical round was standard. They asked me questions regarding data structures and algorithms in depth. This was followed by a telephonic conversation later on where they asked me about the project I was working on.
