Babich & Associates interview questions

I was called out of the blue and was told to take a culture index. The lady mentioned that I should be as mean as possible on the said culture index because that is the personality that they are looking for.

I was contacted by a recruiter after submitting an online job application. She was friendly and we eventually scheduled to meet in person. She was able to assist in setting up several interviews with potential employers, however I felt she "boxed" me into a salary range she felt was "more appropriate" rather than basing it off of my previous employment. Thus, making the interview process a little bumpy and employment offer difficult to accept. I ended up going to a different agency and was able to find a job that was a better fit.
