I went through an initial phone screen then two rounds of in-person interviews. The first in-person round required some pre-work ahead of time. I was asked to draft an executive summary based on their strategic plan outline. Both in-person rounds consisted of 3-6 members of their team. From initial contact to decision communication, the entire process lasted four weeks.
