30min first round interview with some behavioral questions and a short life sciences market sizing case. They got back to me very quickly but decided after the first round they wanted someone with more experience.
Back Bay interviews typically consist of a behavioral interview and a technical case interview e.g market sizing. The behavioral interview covers topics such as educational experience, interest in the life sciences and Back Bay, as well as occasional questions concerning personal interests. The technical case interview consists if a 30 minute case interview involving market sizing for life sciences/ disease focused topic. A pen and paper is all that is needed for the interviewee.

Applied through college portal, I had no referral. I was notified through handshake that I was shortlisted for the interview, within a week. People were super friendly. 45 mins, 15 mins Behavioural, 30 minutes case study.
