Initial phone interview; first round of interviews with Product Mgr, Customer Success Manager and Director went well and I was excited. Second round interviews with CEO and c-level leaders went okay - i was off my game that day but it felt more like a formality, until the last 2nd day Director of Ops. The conversation with him was extremely abrasive and condescending to the point where I got 'red flags' and thought I don't want to work closely with someone who is adversarial and obviously anti-process. No follow-up or notifications since.
Positive: Amazing mission by a dedicated CEO. Most of the group I met with were energetic and positive about working there.
