I interviewed for Backbone Media remotely during the Pandemic. My first interview was very surface level and provided more information about my past experience and my work habits. My second interview was conducted with three Backbone Media team members, who evaluated me on how I would handle certain situations that may arise when performing work for a client. Backbone Media was very good about staying in touch after the interview.
