Multi step interview where you have a phone screen first. Caution- Make sure you know something about the company. Then you go in an interview with a Manager. Then you have two online tests to take. One asks you questions about how you would respond or feel about something and the other is like solving problems, Both are timed tests.
After that they interview you again and run a background check. Then make you an offer. There are lots of legal documents to sign regarding privacy and security. They take security very serious. Never got passed the security doors in my interview. They have a special interview room in the lobby with a large screen on the wall to take your tests.
Heavy focus on your attitude and quality. If you want a job here you have to show them your can work fast at a high level of quality.
