I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Baird (Chicago, IL) in Feb 2023
Interview
I had a very long super day with multiple analysts, associates, and directors about a year or two ago. the people seemed pleasant and asked questions sternly, and were interested in both behavioral and technical questions
Questions mainly focused on behavior scenarios and getting to know me and my background. Had some technical questions to determine that I knew that basics, but interviews were overall behvaioral.

Question 1
Tell me about a time where you had breakdown in communication within a team and what did I do to solve it.
Interviewers were nice and only asked basic technicals like what are the three main valuation methods and how would you rank them highest to lowest valuation. Mostly behavioral questions like tell me about yourself, etc.
1 on 1 with Association. Technical interview and asked about companies I have done research on. Wanted me to prove I had come up with own valuations and how I got to that value.
