I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Baird (Milwaukee, WI) in Dec 2015
Interview
Applied through my University's career center, got an interview a week later. The Interview itself was really relaxed with no technical questions. I figured they wanted to know if I would fit in the department. I interviewed with 4 people in the room which was a little intimidating.
Before the 1:1 interview, I had a phone interview with HR. The phone call was easy and we pretty much only spoke about my resume.
Mix of qualitative and technical questions. Common process for similar roles across the industry. Not much more to add for this process. Felt pretty standard my from point of view.
Everyone I met with was super friendly and accommodating. One of the better interview experiences I've had! The process did take over a month but they were very good at communicating all the steps and what was happening.
