CV was fast-tracked and had a first round phone interview. It did not take long and we set up a day and time for the phone interview. I had a 30 minute chat with a female recruiter with basic questions about me, my motivation for the job.
Submitted application with ~1 yr experience, a few days later received email to schedule interview, first round with VP all behavioral. Waiting for second round, just got scheduled with an associate.

Had an hour-long phone call with a recruiter, then a virtual interview with a panel of 3 bankers then an in-person interview with the same 3 people. Was fairly relaxed, seemed like they were desperate to hire someone.
