I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Baird (Saint Louis, MO) in Nov 2015
Interview
Applied on my school's career website. Finished an online evaluation consisting of 20 minute, multiple choice analytical assessment and a 45 minute, two-topic written assessment. Got an email asking me to do an on-campus interview. The process took two weeks.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Mostly resume-related and behavioral questions. Didn't get into any technical questions. What do you know about Baird?

Interview
Applied through a college job posting. Then was contacted and told to do a online assessment, half essay and half problem solving. Then 1on1 interview on campus. Half of the questions asked were behavioral, the other half being technical/brain teasers.

Interview
Started with an on campus interview. Was invited to the super day a few days later. Consisted of a short analytics test and multiple short interviews. Lots of brain teasers.
Long but rewarding. Most questions were behavioral, but threw a few tricky technical questions. Also a lot of brain teasers. The process is very competitive and even more selective. Just know why you want to be at Baird and why equity research and you should be just fine.
