Interview
There were 5 rounds - 1st online resume screening, 2nd online assessment, 3rd PI round one, 4th PI round 2 and 5th Final HR Round this was pretty easy but Round 1 and 2 of PI were difficult.
Two rounds of interview will happen. One with senior Person with whom you will report and one round from the head of the department. Interview will be conducted for minimum 1 hour. You will be asked questions on various topics related to previous experiences. Having automobile experience will be an advantage
I had applied for the company through the college process. There was an internal shortlisting on the company's end and we had direct interviews. It focused on Hr and a few marketing questions.
